Good question ljones,

This is just a spot where people can list items that they have available for barter or trade or to list items they may be looking for.

There is no cost to use this section as it is designed to be a public service.

Just a good way for residents of the 137th Legislative District to find neighbors who might have items, produce, services that other's might like to barter or trade for.
